Work on the construction of the premium residential complex Dream Towers on the Nagatinsky Peninsula is progressing at a high level. The premium real estate developer Regions Development has reached 82% readiness by the end of February 2023. Finishing, installation and landscaping works are actively underway at the site. 750 specialists and 28 units of equipment are involved. The project includes 471 apartments ranging from 40 to 160 square meters, as well as a kindergarten and a primary school. Dream Towers is an Art Deco style project. It features natural polished Portuguese stone along the entire perimeter, underground parking for 227 cars and an equipped courtyard with children's and sports grounds. In addition, the area of ​​the adjacent territory is 100 hectares, of which 44 are occupied by a landscaped park. Next to the residential complex is the largest amusement park in Europe, Dream Island, as well as the Southern River Terminal, where river trams and cruise liners will soon depart for the center of Moscow.
